The DreamStation humidifier consists of the following components:
Thermal humidifier: This is the main source of humidification and is controlled by adjusting the temperature of the hotplate that will heat the water inside the basin.
Water tank: the basin where the water is stored for the intended use of the humidifier.
Heating tube: helps control the humidification provided by controlling the temperature of the air so that it does not cool down before it reaches the mask.
