REFUND POLICY

For the return of a product, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product to have access to the money back (art.44 of Law 7/1996, January 15th Ordinance on Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002, December 19th).

As a result of a return, in which the customer does not keep the product, the costs arising from this are borne by the customer.

To process a return, you must send the product to us in perfect condition by registered mail or private company, with its original packaging and labels, including a copy of the order and indicating that it must be returned in the packaging to the following address:

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and its correct condition has been verified, TERAPIACPAP will accept the return of the product and proceed with the payment of the amount according to the payment method previously made:

If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card.

Note that if the payment was made by credit card, the bank can only show the amount refunded in the following month.

In the event that the product purchased by the customer arrives with a defect or if there is a wrong shipment, the costs will be borne by TERAPIACPAP.

Before returning, please note that TERAPIACPAP does not accept cargo pickup shipments, so we recommend that you follow this guide and contact us if you have any questions.

To start the procedure, you must send an email to contato@terapiacpap.pt, indicating the sales order number and the reason for the return.

The customer will bear the cost of the return. The return amount will be exchanged for another product or for a voucher to be spent in the online store with an expiration date of one year from the receipt of the product in our warehouses.
