How it Works: Superior Comfort Through HME Technology

This humidification cartridge operates using Heat and Moisture Exchange (HME) technology. To install it, the user simply inserts it between the mask connector and the AirMini device.

The HumidX Plus works intelligently and effectively to enhance your therapy comfort:

• Effective Capture: The cartridge efficiently captures the heat and moisture from your exhaled breath.
• Optimised Release: It then releases this stored moisture to humidify the air during inhalation, ensuring superior breathing comfort.
• Enhanced Moisture Capacity: The HumidX Plus model is designed to exchange more moisture than the standard HumidX. We therefore recommend the HumidX Plus specifically if you require a higher level of humidification than the standard model provides.

• Effective Lifespan: The HumidX Plus maintains its effectiveness for 30 days after the user removes it from the sealed packaging. Please note: the cartridge begins absorbing ambient moisture as soon as it is exposed.
• Mask Compatibility: The HumidX Plus works with AirMini setup kits that support the following masks: AirFit™ N20, AirTouch™ N20, AirFit P10, and AirFit N30.
• Important Note: This accessory is only for use with the ResMed AirMini. It is not compatible with other CPAP models or full-face masks (such as the F20 series).
